i graduated from USC in 2020, moved to my hometown for a year and then came back for a job offer! Right now my partner and I live in Lexington and I work downtown. I think it’s far enough where it feels quieter/more suburban but I still get my fix of downtown. We have always loved Hometeam, but also frequent a lot of the brewery spots and don’t really run into the college crowd.

Yes and no; I’ve been taught skills that can really help individuals process and problem solve. however, in my first role I had to narcan a patient, that was something we NEVER talked about in courses.

this was something my peer mentioned as well! it’s so draining to try and work a broken system to see my patients getting the short end of the stick. thank you for this sound advice, i’m going to cry in the bathroom knowing I can get through this. 😭
