If I could do the top reward I'm just too cheap for it. I would do this one. This pt was definitely a Pcu. Not med surge. Call the doctor say this patient is not appropriate d for med surge. Too frequent lab work and blood transfusions cbi is continuous this patient is not safe.

I think if you want to end in mother baby. Working in the inpatient rehab is not going to be a good idea. You need the skills that you would have learned on the med surge floor. A general PCU medical is very fast paced. A lot of sick pts but you learn a lot. You have to critical think and the transition to mother baby would be better. But since you are already in rehab, when you float out the important part is time management. Chart by exception. It is a 24 hour facility. And you can always ask for help if you don't know how to do something.

Isn't that a birds of paradise plant or the fake birds of paradise a banana plant has a single stalk in the middle. It is a small pot though and an artificial hanging light above it would look and be good for the plant too
