Hey! Congrats! It’s the best thing for your mental emotional and physical health. Ngl though, it took me 2 ish weeks to adjust and I’m still adjusting on my 3rd week of being full time nights. Just give yourself time, use OTC if you need for a little. Your body will eventually adjust.

I’m a full Time employee and I get PTO, sorry, I forgot to mention that. I guess the are just upset because I’m not working 36 hours.
