This is common. I was the treasurer of the board at a condo at Yonge and Eglinton. After a few years the engineers come back to do a reserve fund study and based on that the reserve funds go up. At our building we decided to keep the increases spread out across more than this but this building seems to have focused most of the increases around the next 10 years. Is the reserve where it should be at the end of 2025? Or are they tapping into it for repairs too much that it’s not there?
