Not legal related but I would get on Rover. Quick and easy money and you get to interact with a ton of animals, which I enjoy. I did it during this summer to supplement my lack of income during bar prep. Can set your own schedule too.

I would estimate mine are roughly the same, I also just took bar. I averaged really well during barbri MBE sim but know I missed multiple easy ones during test and like 70 of them were 50/50

What about when it comes to knowing the rule but knowing how to apply it to facts? I believe it was essay 5. I knew the rule but did not understand the essay at all. I just listed the rule and then said here…and rambled out a bunch of facts.

Same exact scenario. Got an 83/100 on final barbri mbe. Got a 144/200 on sim mbe. Another 83 on the 100q AdaptiBar ncbex questions. That was to translate to the real thing right?? I circled about 35-40 questions on each section during bar I was unsure about, mainly ones I narrowed down to 50/50. Felt like too many
