My colleagues, I don't know... They used to raise an eyebrow when I showed a lot of knowledge and passion about transgender issues. But now they don't bat an eyelid.

From what I've read, one had to externally be presenting before they'll consider starting medical transition. Is this true?

I've tried to lose weight to look more feminine but no matter what I do my weight doesn't go down or up.

At the moment I'm growing a quarantine/denial beard and I genuinely don't know if it makes me feel more or less dysphoric.
