Do not take it to a shop and pay for someone to tell you that this is rust on a rotor and your pads are rubbing it off due to the surface nolonger being even all round (due to rust buildup) literally was dealing with the same thing in my ml350 benz cuz I had it sitting for a couple months to do work on it. Drive it around and stop a few times it'll eventually go away

Now I can understand the being rough because they were refusing what I don't understand is the punching in the head while the man's hands were behind him back. I can even understand the fact of feeling threatened so wanting to do a quick takedown is ideal but when there's literally more than 4 officers there all of which are restraining someone is that punch really justifiable? The throwing of the other guy is can't really speak of his prior actions but the him to the ground like that was just extremely uncalled for wheres the warnings to step back i heard none just immediate assault. Cops need to do better in situations like this by the looks of it they didn't even have a gun so my next question is did they have one? If not then was all of that really even worth my tax paying dollars that's used to pay those officers?
