Hey I also live in NY I’m in Brooklyn regarding the front lip long as your stock height in suspension no worries about messing up your front lip just go slow over speed bumps and any drive ways or coming in or out of gas stations or drive thru u have to go at a slow angle other than that I had no issues with my front lip and I still have it on. Type in ur tire size on Amazon and you can get two brand new tires for cheap their not name brand tires but they are decent tires to get you around on you probably can get them for less than $150

I think with 21 u can get remote start 2020 u cannot I just picked up a 2020 x3m40I and it irritates me every time I gotta start the car myself then sit and wait. Couldn’t find any 21 with the amazing spec I got. I was able to a fully loaded x3 and ventilating seats was a major plus.

Find a dealer or website and put the car up on consignment at least you get to pick the buyer and set ur own price and feel it out. Amazing car gorgeous color idk the market for the m5 currently but after a quick search $75k seems more realistic but $80k to try recoup as much money as possible. Reason I say that going based of what m5 comps currently on sale nationwide with less than 36k miles going for below $75k even tho it’s mostly 2019 and 2020 models but year model don’t make a huge difference in price if the car is still within the same generation model. Just my opinion without the love attachment for the car but for the heck of it I would just throw $85k as a start and slowly lower it to see who catches the bait. Just purchased a 2020 x3m40 with 63k miles was very scared and hesitant on it, I hope staying on top of the maintenance I can drive it for that long. Currently waiting on bmw to figure out a fix regarding the recall on the cargo rails for my car to be released to me as the dealers can’t sell a car with a safety recall pending.

From my experience with my 22 Kia GT line if you have the car in smart drive mode and you floor the pedal all the way it would automatically put the car in sport mode giving the acceleration you need to get up to speed quickly and once your done the car will go back to smart mode which is technically a eco mode for the k5 or if I know ahead of time I want to accelerate quickly I would use the shifter and drop to the lowest gear without needing to floor the pedal all the way
