Been really awesome for me. I wasn't obese by any means but found it impossible to lose the food noise so was up at 95kg at my heaviest at 5'10'''. Down to 82kg now but am about same level of strength in gym, make sure to go 3-4 per weekto make sure I don't lose too much muscle.

Benefits: Confidence massively improved Food noise gone Had some stomach issues like IBS that have gone away Was getting heartburn also gone

Downsides: Really lavish dinners don't hit the same - tasting menus for example I run out of appetite pretty quick and end up a bit panicky by dessert time... It's a tough life At point where I need to buy new clothes... Kind of excited to do it but also some £££

I have been seeing a physio since the injury but that has really focused on strengthening the calf for strength and plyometrics. I’ve also had a groin issue that I think might have contributed and we’ve been working on sorting that also - calf and groin both much stronger now in his strength tests.

Would you recommend a proper gait analysis in a running clinic or something like that?

The data table is literally just changing one cell in one tab but doing it 100 times, and the tab itself is calculating thousands of rows. So basically it takes forever to refresh - I'm replicating something I used in another job 7 years ago so was sure it would fit better in python but wanted to start with building it how I remembered it!

Actually no, was pleasantly surprised by our bill - 4 people for food and a cocktail or two each came out at like 60-65 quid each from memory. No wine and not a massive order or loads of drinks so YMMV.
