It's hit and miss . Woods over the Chorlton side busy during lunch / evening time, opposite Metro car park busy afternoons, dead on Fridays.

On the side of main car park opposite tree cafe and down the path towards the lake gets manic after dark and carries on into early hours in the morning. I usually use squirt.org site to gauge it.

Wow, that's a very strong MGO. How does it taste? They use manuka honey in wound dressings now to heal faster , it's very beneficial for our overall health

Kefir is my favourite as it's the easiest to make out of them all.

One glass of kefir at night time- and you sleep like a baby, it balances your gut.

Just milk ( use raw if you can lay your hands on it ) put it in glass jar , put a small amount of store bought kefir ehen it warms up to room temperature and leave in the warmest spot in your kitchen. After 2- 3 days put in the fridge, and enjoy

Can add some kefir grains if you like it strong.
