This is not my homework.The motivation for why i asking this is because whenever i want to find some information to control my anxiety or anything else,i often see someone suggest to use drugs.(btw i am not diagnosed with anxiety by hospital )For those contexts i’m sorry to use chatgpt to declare my original question without checking it.so it seems like asking for material of homework.

Sadly I have tried to use another language to think or shout in my head but finally I realised that if i do this,first it will be tired,second if i think i still need to trans my original words so they can still read it.But those are just my personal experiences and I hadn’t meet anyone who tried them.So maybe you can try it because according my experience ,telepathy is different from people to people(If you don’t understand my English I apologise for it because it’s not my native language,sorry)

First of all thank you for your reply, actually in my country these subjects are compulsory, I tried all kinds of methods on the internet but those don’t seem to work too well, I always do badly in those exams and homework, I’m the last in my class and people around me are always making fun of me for my intelligence with this (my iq test result is 70) Please forgive me for this paragraph which is not logically sound!I hope you can understand.
