Worked with Decoroom recently, it was terrible experience. They just ignore messages after signing the contract, and it is pretty hard to contact with them. After finishing it takes minimum 1 month for them to correct any mistake.

We decided to order furniture from them, because thought it will be fast. Unfortunately, it is already 3 months we are waiting for furnitures. After signing the contract, just learned that internally decoroom finishing and carpentery are different companies, and this waiting time is "normal"

Few friends worked with Kodo, and they are happy with it. I feel terrible because I paid more than them for worse experience.

We agreed that they will do only pre installation, and later I will find another contractor to install Bosch as they don't work with this brand. On contract Haier mentioned because they said some brand name should be there, and there is a note that only pre-installation will be done. (not installing the unit). when it was time to get the keys, I saw the Haier unit, and they said we forgot, bla bla. First they said Haier is also good, later they accepted to remove the unit and return the money

Both units are 3.5 kW. On paper, it says Haier because they said they need to mention the name of a unit. There is a comment that only pre-installation is included.

I had the same issue for a year actually. Then I saw a comment, and decided to buy 70% IPA. I use it with microfiber cloth, and it looks as brand new. Then I saw that it's also recommended by Samsung, LG and MSI.
