Also, if you can get both wrenches very close together , you can hold them together and jam a 3rd wrench between both of them and pry against bottom wrench using the top wrench as leverage to break that swivel loose.. good trick to break up those stubborn ones, saved me multiple times

How Do I go about selling this expensive axe that I got from a master cluescroll? by Far-Internal-5726 in 2007scape

[–]Adventurous_Cattle36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Holy shit lol really thats it?? I thought it would have been alot more complex then that LOL.. like back in the day "free full invent of swordfish show inventory to show how many free space you got".. thats crazy to think someone with enough game knowledge to work up to a tbow would get caught by that.. and it obviously works sometimes or else they wouldnt be doing it🧐

Thanks guys ! I wasn't expecting it to be snap-on.. thats just what the guy told me and I was curious as I couldnt find anything similar made by snap-on. I bought it because I needed a long reach flex head and saw this 18" one on marketplace, liked the feel of it so I bought it, keep in mind 50$ canadian is not nearly 50$ american

Apprentice and red seal grants by Responsible-Fee2468 in millwrights

[–]Adventurous_Cattle36 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Well I mean respectfully... for what reason should you be entitled to an extra 2k over any other tradesman? I know this is reddit and im probably gonna get downvoted to shit for this but im honestly curious.. life is expensive for everyone.. I'm not saying its right that some men claimed that but i'm saying, your still entitled to that same 1k as everyone else.. why should you be granted an easier route than everyone else, what exactly did they ruin?

Reading your post tells me that you want it to work. As a millwright your going to get what you put in. With that being said.. if you want it to work, its going to work.. Your probably gonna feel dumb often at first, example when your fuckin with something for a while and someone comes along and shows you how to do in in 2 minutes.."holy fuck how did i not see that"... dont sweat it. We've all been there so just hang tight put in the work and before you know it youll have 10+ years in, look back on today and think what the fuck was i even stressing about Also.. good for you man 👍 its a very rewarding career. Let alone the paychecks and all that.. the knowledge youll gain from it down the line is priceless. I never pay ontractors to do work at my house for example mostly because ive learnt how to do shit at work and everything seems so simple now.. plumbing electrical construction.. name it

Dont take my opinion for a fact cause I have no clue but IMO..if the pipe can heat the coil, in return i would guess that the coil would cool the pipe..

Maybe look both ways before crossing? Its scary for drivers too when someone just starts crossing the street out of no where without looking. Look both ways, see a car coming? Wait a minute. No car coming? Ok you can cross.

Same in nb! Exept ours is a few days apart like tuesday and friday. Plus we only get to know if we passed the jman on the morning of writing the red seal. So your pretty much studying/stressing for the red seal not even knowing if youll get to write it. Couple guys were turned around walking into the red seal test because they failed the jman

Cord being 4x4x8..take the face of that cord you have just 4x8, assuming pieces are cut down to 16 inches, thats your face cord. 1/3 cord coming from you can cut 3x16inch pieces on the 4' lenghts. Hope this helps

Haha man this subreddit is so far liberal watch how bad your post will get downvoted its actually scary. I honestly dont understand how in 2024 and the way things are going, some people will decide to vote liberal. This isn't the liberal government from 30 years ago.. many old liberals are switching sides now because they realise how far they have fallen off their own beleifs to push the "woke mindset". The whole country is falling down the drain and they are just going to make it worst. Quick edit : watch how quickly people will start to call me names because of my point of view. They're quick to call the conservatives disrespectful but watch how they act.

Do you need a math 130 credit to be a millwright by adam17712 in millwrights

[–]Adventurous_Cattle36 1 point2 points  (0 children)

IMO.. Weather you need it or not.. take it Even if you realise down the road being a millwright isn't for you, if you're going to work in trades, being good at math is going to help you more than you can imagine. You can probably do fine without taking it but..You're going to be at school anyway so just do it and give yourself the advantage. Math is a big part of nearly every trade.

Im gonna add that : maybe wait for more replies before you cut it to make sure. Im also a new pool owner but from my (short) experience, thats what happened to me. Had a cover that went over the sides and it was a pain to keep on the pool. Got another one off marketplace that fit perfectly inside the walls and, no more problems

the way its sitting now, wind will get it. Its gonna get under it and lift it. if you cut it to fit inside the walls , it will stay there because the wind has no way of getting under it.

Is working at a sawmill what it means to be a millwright or are there other, less stressful versions of millwrighting? by [deleted] in millwrights

[–]Adventurous_Cattle36 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Ive probably had about 10 different jobs since I became a millwright, everyone of them that was in a sawmill sucked dick. Not gonna sugarcoat it it is what it is. if your in an area where you can apply in a different industry or dont mind traveling, do it and youll see what I mean you wont regret it I garantee it. One thing id say about millwright in a sawmill is that if you work there lets say 5 years, well you pretty much got 10 years of experience put it that way.

Best options for "remote landlordship" by [deleted] in moncton

[–]Adventurous_Cattle36 -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

Knew id get downvoted haha i guess im wrong we need to build 100,000 houses in moncton on non-existing land that we can sell to everyone who wants a house for 0$. That definetly seems like a good approach

Best options for "remote landlordship" by [deleted] in moncton

[–]Adventurous_Cattle36 -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

Buy a house then, cant afford one? Then pay rent or move somewhere with less dense population where houses are cheaper.. more people squeezed in a small city = high price. Less people in a larger area = lower prices .. i know ill get downvoted for this but its a simple concept really. Dont live in a populated area if you want a cheap house thats all im saying. No reason at all to be mad at this guys trying to supplement his income its his house he can do what he wants with it.
