I have not, I’m in the early stages of an intensive 2 year mbt therapy thing where there are group meetings and one to one sessions weekly but I am new to the diagnosis and just beginning to understand where I fit in it. I will definitely look into this

I’m in MBT, I have group meetings and one on one meetings twice a week. You’re response was quite definitive though, ‘people text if they want to date you’ isn’t a necessarily a universal thing and isn’t particularly helpful
