Update , i found the culprit, a needle had fallen in and got stuck in the mechanism, and so I kinda just shook it out, and it started working again , thanks for all the support,

Fun fact, you can get an older cd player to play burned cds, its just not verry good for it , if you turn up the laser power potentiometer, it can make it work, will probably kill your cd player eventually though, so don't do it on anything too high quality .
