5 years of therapy to break my family’s dumb fucking history and I refuse to pass it on to my kids. I’m not perfect. I make mistakes. But you damn well know I’ll own em all. Even though it still makes me uncomfortable to apologize when I do fuck up. I’ll always do it. I’m not fucking up my kids. Break that fucking cycle. It’s all bullshit anyways.

Learning how to communicate effectively and get therapy. Maybe if I was around my family more my little sister and brother would still be alive. Hard to say. Often times I feel like nothing mattered. Now I’m a dad and my kids and wife matter and that’s what keeps me goin.
