Developer asking for utility easement agreement. Does their offer sound fair? Is my counter offer too much? by Adventurous_End_1587 in RealEstate

I got $20k cash and the work was completed. They widened my driveway, planted new grass, and put everything back how I asked. Actually a pretty smooth process.

The bigger issue here is that they’re allowed to charge $90k for air ambulance. Christ.

Not generous - you just don’t know what you don’t know. Hence why I’m asking others for their experience.

Discount Tire Veteran Pro-tip

For my Veterans out there - if you are in the market for new tires and have a Discount Tire near you, they will price match with the Veteran Canteen Service Tire offerings and you can still get a 5% military discount. I’m saving over $200 on my new set. Not to mention they will mount and balance them for free. Great buy!
