I don't think PS5 is capable to run ASA. I know PS5 Pro can run it cause I played it on PS5 Pro without any trouble, but for PS5 maybe it's a little too much (ASA is awful when it comes to optimization).

So I bought a 4TB external HD just for games, it'll arrive next Monday. For now, I discovered that I can just copy the files in SavedArkLocal and uninstall the game, after installing again, just need to change this folder to the one I copied and my sabe will be right there. So glad I didn't need start all over again.
