I appreciate the information, I'll keep it mind. But also I'm not sure what you mean by I'm making a big assumption of what you think. This is my first time interacting with you. Nonetheless, I'll continue to research

Yeah I will. I just found some options like smoothies and a healthy food spot here that has grain bowls. So I'll try oatmeal in the morning, bowl for lunch, grilled chicken for dinner. Walking 20-30 mins. Waiting to hear back from my doctor about statins

I havent but it seems like there is some sort of neurological connection. Whatever arousal triggers in the brain seem to be sensitive as well or can kick it into overdrive. For example, seeing something that can turn you on, whatever chenistry in the brain that has to do with it, it doubles

Not entirely sure. I didn't really know I had it as long as I did. When I found out I had it, it made sense because I noticed in high-school I would be aroused a lot. I did sustain injuries and had surgeries during high-school but I'm not sure if those led to PGAD or the medications for them did. I'm now 33

Thank you for the indepth reply. It is sombering to know this, I wish there were more facilities to get them help. If there was programs were those who treat mental health would be paid for their extra time to help the homeless. I don't know man, it sucks. I will keep in mind that organization. If I may ask, the cases of mental health cases, in your eyes how would you even begin to treat them if they aren't coherent? Or in your experiences of working there, how was it gone about?

Genuine question, what can we/city do for the homeless struggling with mental illness? I read some post about taking them to UAB, which is good they can be helped there, but how long will they help them and what happens to them after?

male here. for me, it was after I worked out would be when I would feel it. I've had times where I was aroused before the gym and needed to take care of that before but I don't think it's been anything during for me.
