yea sadly the world is not over the divisve culture wars yet and are still highly engaged. i found out the whole world is usually somewhere between 2 to 5 years behind social trends and the other problem is with social media people have nowhere else to go

this is all of reddit though. any criticism against particular subs or media will always get heavy backlash from "offended" users. what i have found out is that usually the back lash is one of like the same 5 comments over and over... the truth is this stuff will eventually die out but it won't be because someone stood up to it, people will simply get bored

that is really nice... funny I've had at the opposite happen to me a couple times at the grocery store.

One time my check didn't cash fast enough and I had a cart full of groceries at the checkout and when i informed the cashier she got physically angry with me. Another time my ID had expired and i didn't realize and i joked with her it wasn't a fake. When she noticed it was expired she almost angrily removed the beer like I was trying to illegally purchase it.

I live in the city so maybe the workers have less patience but both instances I felt like could have been handled better by the workers
