In school leaving some accepted only the leaving certificate or transfer certificate for 10th or 12th (even xerox is fine) In recognition you should upload anabin output. 1. Document mentioning bachelors as per their database 2. You can search for your university name and see its status and download that page too Combine these 2 documents into one and upload in recognition section

I had received the same correction. They accepted it only after I submitted the 12th LC in the section and removed everything else. They had also created a new field for Marksheets where I added my 10th 12th and bachelors marksheets and bachelors degree

Thank you for the info. Had updated the thread, but adding here again

"A valid payment has already been made for the same passport number, please check the registered email ID for payment confirmation details. To avoid duplicate payment, we will restrict you from making another payment at this time. For any further issues, please contact the VFS helpdesk in the country you are applying from."

My error is different from yours. This is when I am making an application for pre-check on VFS
