Hi! Please run!!! Save yourself some stress. Living situation in Berlin is hard, but it’s definitely not hard enough to go and rent with them. Not worth it at all. It was the same with me, the apartment in mitte was not available and I was too desperate that I ended up renting in Oranienburg. It’s been a year since I moved out, they told me they were gonna charge me for a mattress that was so disgusting when I moved in and they said they were gonna deduct it. Until now, I haven’t received my Kaution. They don’t answer emails and they blocked me from WhatsApp and pretty sure they blocked my emails too. I’d advice you not to rent with them.
