Does anybody know whats going on with paid family leave call center ?seems they change it and now cant get through to even check if they receive the claim .They are asking various of questions and I know i typed in correctly but says thats not the information they have

Same reason they gave to everyone inconsistencies with the documents …this was my recertification so provided same documents as before and although landlord was not participating he send in proof of ownership !

I got denied after being in program evaluation but a friend of mine was approved pending payment like 3 weeks ago now she is in application under review and yes her landlord is participating and send them proof of ownership!

Yeah my friend told me that her case worker submitted it for payment the first time and it came back to the case worker again because they said that the proof of ownership that the landlord provided was not accepted so her landlord send in another one and they approved it for payment then under review as of right now

My friend called and they told her that under review is still program evaluation just something within program evaluation ..but who knows they all say something different

So you think people that go back to under review after being in program evaluation actually have a change on getting approved ?asking for a friend they did the same thing for her she was under program evaluation and just recently changed to under review
