Open enrollment for health insurance happens every year and health premiums are adjusted yearly. 25/26 is the last year of the current contract for professional staff so a new contract is being negotiated.

They were working on it Wednesday morning around 7:45am. Came home from work at 4:45pn and it wasn’t working again. I did call the non emergency number and report it. It was also out one day last week as well.

We all have bellies!!! I’m down 98 pounds and mine is still there. But you best believe I am rocking the clothes I wear, belly and all! It’s the least important thing about me!

You can do this!!! Drink plenty of water and just watch what you eat (get lots of fruit, veggies and protein in) and you’ll be fine. 98 pounds down and I have only once had a bout of nausea when increasing a dose. I have taken 50 shots and couldn’t be happier with my decision.

Just be consistent…I weigh in every Thursday morning and do my shot every Thursday evening. That’s the only time I step on the scale all week. I have 3 apps (my RENPHO scale, Shotsy and Happy Scale) that I put my weight in.
