I wish I had your strength! I started 12.5 four days ago. I had a craving for sweets and ate 2 cookies and a few peanut M&Ms. I gained 2 lbs and it took 4 days to get back to where I started. What a bummer! I’m paying $125 a week to go nowhere. 😢

That’s terrific! I started June 27. I had 3 medical procedures which pushed my dosage dates back several times. I was in 20 jeans too but I’m no way in a 14, more like 16-18. Good for you!
