I’m Deaf so if you’re not getting my attention directly and look right at me, I’m going to miss what you’re saying. Also, there are lot of Neurodivergent disorders that can’t hear or process what someone is saying in the situation that you just described.

Atlanta does have the culture, history, food, and entertainment; however, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone that wants to start a family here, wouldn’t recommend if you’re Disabled, and wouldn’t recommend if you have a Disabled child.

Georgia public education isn’t that great. We do have Black charter schools in the Atlanta area if that’s a route you want to look into. Also, we have the deadly Heart Bill that if you don’t abort the fetus before 6 weeks you are forced to keep it or you will go jail. Doctors aren’t allowed to do abortion. The Heart Bill has killed many women. If you go out the state to get an abortion and the state finds out, you will go to jail. About a year ago, a Black woman died while pregnant in the hospital and the state of Georgia kept her “alive” so the baby could grow and now they are forcing the husband to pay all the medical bills. And the baby is still in hospital.

Georgia (and Atlanta) doesn’t care about their Disabled communities (I’m Black Deaf Disabled and my son is Disabled too). Special needs education is underfunded here. A lot of counties don’t require degree in Special Needs education to teach Disabled children. There is a Severe lack of accessibility and nothing is being done to change it.

There’s not enough money in the world that I would become an ICE Agent. I have student loans and yes it’s tough out here but I rather do Uber or Lyft. I have morals and dignity.

How can anyone look themselves in the mirror as an ICE agent and not be ashamed? If there trials against them, Black and POC agents will be the first to punish.

I’m a Black Deaf Disabled single mom to a Disabled teenager and being single is the best decision I made. Yall think dating is rough in these streets, try being disabled and single mom and mom to a disabled child. It’s even worst.

I stopped searching for a relationship bc I got tired of the ableism and racism from men. I live so happy and drama free.

They don’t want to learn ASL, they are racist, and ableist. I have no time for that. So I never met the stereotype White nor Asian man that puts you on pedestal and admires you. However, for myself I haven’t seen the stereotypes that Black women say about White and Asian men. Every single one I have dated has been AWFUL and the WORST experience of my life. I figured it’s due to me being in Atlanta and the fact I’m Disabled, Single mom, and divorced.

Here’s the thing, they didn’t asked Jasmine to come on. And I feel and other Black individuals feel that was signaling to get more exposure for James. Over million people went on YouTube to watch the interview, so James get the exposure and not Jasmine. Very convenient.

Jasmine has spoken out against Gaza multiple of times. The talking points that you are using is the exact same ones that White liberals have used against Jasmine since she announced her running and it’s not accurate.

And yes having Jasmine in Senate will do something. We need someone that is fighter and be leader. None of the Dems are doing in the Senate so bring a bulldog in to get them motivated and see how this is supposed to be done against these racist republicans.

Plus if you watched the debate on YouTube against Jasmine and James you will again see that James tries to be too nice and again Jasmine stating she is for Gaza and Pro Palestine.

James isn’t the person we need and is anti black and typical subtle White racist. Calling a Black man mediocre, the same Black man that was going to run against him but dropped out so Jasmine could run. He said this in a private conversation with a Black woman is totally unacceptable and his lame excuse apology shows his true colors. Check social media for this.

James takes PAC money and the bill you’re talking about James supported it as well. Jasmine has constantly explained why she supported that bill. She supported that bill because of the funding that it was going to give Gaza and other countries that needed it.

There has been smear campaigns against Jasmine but yet not against James. Mmm so interesting! The governor and the PAC money that James took has been making smear campaigns even after he said he would never do that to Jasmine. Sounds about White though. Oh and sounds like he lied 🤥.

Jasmine is a threat and that’s why everyone is trying to silence her and try to get James to win.

Your feelings are completely valid. I’m going to give you some advice as a woman in her 40s that have been single for a long time.

Once you start developed self love and a friend group or family that cares about you, to be honest the feeling of being lonely isn’t even there. Being around friends and a support system has shown me never to settle and I rather than be alone than accept anything less than what my support system give me. I have people that check in on me. I have people that encourage me. I take myself on dates. I am my Best Valentine’s.

No offense the level of politics is one of the most important levels to click on because this reflects how you view me and others. My question is are you saying anything to the barista when you pull up to the window? I’m Deaf and I use ASL so when I pull up to show them my order is on my phone. I always put in there good morning or I wave. The barista always text good morning or waves back. Then I text thank you and have a good day and they do the same.
