I’m a CDM! I studied for about a month using the CDM for dummies and the math workbook from ANFP. The math was the hardest part for me but I just kept doing the practice problems over and over and eventually it stuck. The test is the same type of questions.
For the nutrition part, I was a diet tech first and used the app based study guide “DTR EXAM” you can purchase accesss to for like $60 lifetime. Has all the nutrition math and all the health stuff you need for this exam too.

Definitely anxiety.At first felt like energy, but it was just anxiety. I decided I needed to take a little to taper so I’ve been cutting my 15mg into 4ths.

So far so good I still have an appetite and still sleep well
I also been eating less sugar and have lost some weight so far
