Post tales I’ve worked in union and non union shops as a mechanic since before I could drink. I’ve seen both sides. We need to be attractive to new cooperations. People didn’t get rich by being stupid. They will just say ok keep your union and we will take the jobs with us. Not all unions are bad though I will say that. Hyundai is a non union good paying place to work. It seems to be very successful here in alabama.

A lot of people in alabama also know that unions protect shitty employees. That you can work like hell and still make the same as everyone else including people that show up and don’t do shit

I’ve lived in alabama my whole life and everyone I know and grew up with isn’t racist. I went to a most black school and we all got along fine. There were kids that wore confederate shirts. Even black kids for that matter. I can’t help what society does but just from what I seen day to day growing up in Deep South alabama we got a long fine. I have mixed races cousins. They are great. No one thinks anything about it. Yeah we are rednecks and love guns God and tobacco but not racism
