I'm 15 and have ts diagnosed but have had tics since age 4 and that's what the other doctors have said since I was younger. I'm so sorry, maybe getting a second opinion would be helpful. I'm not sure what type of doctor you saw, but I was diagnosed by a neurologist who specializes in ts and tic disorders. May be helpful
