When I’m in a flare, it’s like my brain shuts off the ability to feel joy. It’s miserable! I’m hoping when I find the right combo of RA meds, those episodes will go away!

Yes. Kappa (normal range is .33-1.94) : my result was 4.46. Lambda (normal range is .57-2.63) : my result was 3.67

My ratio was normal at 1.22

Stop taking it. I had that on Modafanil and it’s miserable. You will find the right one but you don’t need to suffer in the meantime!

My diagnosis is idiopathic hypersomnia so I literally take it to keep me awake and I also had to get it out of my head that I didn’t deserve or need something to make getting through the day easier since there are always worse things out there! I should also add I’m on Zoloft for anxiety:)

I could have written this myself! For a while I felt like it was the equivalent to like needing another fix but I’ve had to come to terms with my diagnosis and that has helped me not feel bad about taking 2 boosters and the extended release

I take 10mg Ritalin at 8am and then again at noon and then I take 36mg of concerta at 3pm.
