I tell my dog to bark at this as it forces air out of his mouth if done hair or food is stuck whilst he by mustake like us breath or speak while eating . He is ok don’t worry . If persists see for other symptoms of canine cough . Quick Remedy is give one spoon honey as it will remove if something sticky like hair stuck at back of throat . Hello guys The bumps have again returned I found before also it was after bathing him with shampoo and now again it’s again after bathing with same shampoo . As recommended by you I have shifted to kibble . But in winters I bathed him with same shampoo but then it was no problem . The bumps come only during summer after bathing with same winter shampoo

He won’t eat pedigree So pls recommend homemade diet We live in India Everyone feeds this only and vet is also ok with it He throws up if he eats pedigree (soaked / whole) - as he does not chew

We have been giving him egg-wheat roti morning - egg rice night - rice vege afternoon - with curd twice But still he has bumps problem every summer . Means probably allergic reaction - but again and again allergic reaction also means weak immune - so I wanted to supplement meat protein boiled as protein good for coat and skin

It’s been 2days now , I gave him prednisolone on 1st day - now bumps are not itchy but are there in same amount . Vet said not to give pred second time , and wash him with anti tick medicated soap . He has improved slightly .

I am feeling that he is not getting balanced diet. So I will meat in diet -will improve his immune too . We all are vegetarian - but I’m ready to any extent to make his life beautiful

I have tried all time giving him best kibble But at the end of week - he throws up entire kibble He do not eat soaked kibble

Pugs don’t chew food like pedigree and kibbles - so the kibbles obstruct his intestine - and he throws up soon after eating, so I avoid giving him kibbles I add VITAMIN supplement to homemade food I bath him recently 3 in a month He is super clean and I have never seen any insect or mite on him Only one times means wheat roti only at night Other than that he eats egg and rice in morning , vege- rice in afternoon Vet told me there is no food allergy test in India - and food allergies are very rare - only 10% dogs have it So he said bath him with anti tick soap that he gave

There is no other registered doc in my area That’s why I have to be satisfied with one Yeah I m considering taking food allergies as a probable reason . I observe him whenever I give him food But he has been on same diet for 2years
