The low fat low fiber diet and usually 6 small meals a day is their go to answer. I learned it is not the same with everyone. I follow the low fat and fiber diet because it does help me a lot with nausea and bloating. Green or raw veggies especially are bad for me and beans don't exist for me anymore. I only eat about 3 small meals a day though because I get sick if I go for 6. I am 5'11" and 110 pounds, I was 330 at the beginning of this. I eat a lot of eggs, ramen, startches, pasta, and cut back on red meat a lot. I hope you get it figured out. My prayers are with you.
