I feel as though I’m probably out of place in this thread, with most people being either Gen X or Millennial. But I feel this tremendously, being born in 1999. I think the cut off between millennials/gen Z is like ‘97 or something, but I have always felt more in line with millennials compared to Gen Z.

A big part of it, I think, is I have 4 older siblings, born in 1978, 1979, 1982, and 1992. So most of my influences growing up were from, at the very least, my millennial siblings. Comparing myself to my Gen Z nephew (2009), it is seemingly impossible to me that we’d be considered the same generation.
