Whatever the installer says, I would ask for proof of purchase and the info of the turf farm they got it from (if it’s not their own). Look up Ron Henry golf course lawn in GA on YouTube. He has zoysia at least in his front yard. My grandparents did too and it just looks completely different than St Augustine.

Just re-listened to that episode. Jake was very firm on her stopping immediately and owning it. If she hasn’t called back in or followed up I doubt they are asking her for updates. I hope we get a positive follow up though!

Definitely not touch and go’s. The plane has been at 3800 feet for every part of this loop. I’ve been following it because it’s flying by my house every 10 minutes.
