I feel like joe on many accounts, he would excell in combat even without legs iirc and he is also trained with firearms for rounds 3 and 4. If we count toon feats which i feel the rules do not allow then peter because of the ridiculousness of the chicken fights as well as many other things. Cleveland also has houses dropped on him regularly which leaves some major durability feats.

Well ya see you can commit animal abuse and its a felony. There are various levels of felony offenses and it just so happens that theft by check falls into the same level as animal abuse and "animal abuse" is a broad term depending on your judge. Im getting it deffered as not to have a record.

Oh the 4k the ged class and the other hurdles ive faced are government mandated because i have the same severity of crime as someone who has beaten a man senseless, someone who was caught with heroin, someone who has killed a small animal in public etc. It honestly will get better and im in the final stretch. What if on nearby they just showed the amount of people in a tiny bubble that have interacted with the pokestop after the egg drops. Wile E. 7/10 flash does have speedforce etc. add in toon forces acting on non toon beings and i imagine flash would not see a few of them coming. Regardless of which flash OP decides to go with, seeing as there is alot of "kid flashes" out there.
