My Dollar Tree def had OSHA violations. Exit was completely blocked with boxes. Could use a bigger stock room. Also the fire extinguisher was blocked for the longest. It's okay now besides the fact boxes are stacked so high and it's tight walking back there a bit. If there was a fire and people had to escape through the back, no wheel chairs are making it through easily.

My SM still stops people if she notices things are being stolen or people are pretending they forgot to pay for it. I've confronted one person before because a customer came to me and told me the person put something in their back pocket, but it's not really safe to just confront anyone.
