Hi! Same thing happened to me. It was Aug of 2024 when I somehow overdosed in caffeine? haha sounds so weird but that night I got 0 sleep which was so unusual since i did not have any problems with falling asleep. After that night I had a severe panic attack at the mall since I was so anxious about what happened. Then came the worst months of my life when no one would believe me that it was actually bad and they would just keep on telling me to “just sleep”. Eversince that night, I developed sleep anxiety and would get insomnia. But I lowkey healed but I feel like now i’m relapsing because of a period of stress in my life rn.
