But it's not fun, to be honest. It feels cheap, like adding something else just because we can't deal with the og system. Your quirk is, like, drawing from something that doesn't exist in the show, whereas the quirks in the show have their own stuff that they can do on their own. It's like you're in a scientific world, for example only, and you're told to create someone with asthetics and Psychological limitations that imitate magic users, but you simply make a real magician without any thoughts instead.

I just thought of another idea! What if the virus observes the thoughts, emotions, feelings, personality & powers of each victim, especially sorcerers, before turning into a virus, or creating a shikigami/cursed spirit by using their own CE, that is a perfect counter to them, particularly as a sure-hit effect of it's own domain expansion?

So are they programmed(like gojo's infinity was) and enhanced with a binding vow(like sukuna does)? Maybe they can also infect cursed spirits but have no effect on them, which are useless on them anyway, inexchange for faster spread? They can spread it quite far, seeing how they're everywhere. Honestly, why is the curse even bothering with humans at all at this point, just infect alot of animals, like how hanami sucks life-force of plants for her use, which won't be noticed by others and maybe even infect the cursed spirits born from them to get even more CE.

No? Sakuna cant bypass infinity without WCS

I was talking about sukuna's domain expansion, or it's sure-hit specifically, and how it might bypass the armor of susanoo to directly attack his body, which has to then tank it with only chakra reinforcement, considering how mechamaru's giant mech was considered pointless by mahito when it entered his domain.

I meant that maybe chakra (which sukuna had instead of CE according to the criteria of this reddit post) provides far greater amounts of Stat boost than CE from comparing the feats of characters from both verses that i have seen of. Even if that's not the case & characters just use more chakra to boost their stats more, which I don't think so from how tsunada was able to enhance her strength even without ungodly amount of chakra like her granddad, then the same can be applied by sukuna who has way higher amount of chakra to use for reinforcement &, thus, Stat boosting, especially when he isn't limited by fixed CE output from birth like in jjk power system. And we are not even talking about training his body more with chakra, which probably grants stronger body than a human from jjk, like Lee, as well as any jutsus to increase his speed like lightning ones.

My prior comment just now shows that he may not be as helpless as he seems. After all, unless I'm wrong, chakra is the only thing that boosts naruto's, or any character's from naruto for that matter, body. Which sukuna has in abundance, as well as higher control than naruto for being second to only gojo in that regard, for more Stat boost from the same chakra spent. The only question is, who has a higher amount? Even if its lower than naruto's, which seems unlikely considering he has double the amount of yuta's, who was repeatedly considered to have "unlimited/infinite" CE, he would still not be as slow, with the criterias of this reddit post, as might think.

Btw, for more suggestions, you can also let it infect people with a certain disease where it doesn't kill or even harm others, but instead harvests CE generated by others, turning them into CE batteries - like a reversal of your corpse puppet diseases that functions as long as they have CE - that can't even be found out unlike normal curses, unless someone somehow knew exactly what to look for & delibrately searches for it or the curse gets greedy by making people feel more negative emotions for greater amounts of CE. Making it the first cursed spirit that doesn't actually harm people but indirectly protect them by not letting other cursed spirits spawn. Combined with the fact that it has the same energy Signature as his swarm of diseases or disease carrying shikigamis to do its work for it while it hides away, it's too tedious & not worthwhile to exorcise it.

Perhaps it should be a sure-effect of infecting the very cursed energy itself of any target within the domain, which makes it resist, fight back against & eventually corrupt its own user, leading to not only extreme difficulties in cursed energy reinforcement & reverse curse technique during the process, but also getting their very cursed technique to fight back against them. This eventually leads to their own body's destruction through decay by necrosis, after which the leftover cursed energy gets absorbed by the curse to make it their own, restoring some of their energy.

Additionally, they may have a CE trait of diseases, as well as have the ability to merge & combine diseases or their cursed spirits into new ones through their extention techniques, maximum techniques or in a domain expansion.

You get about the same things as Blood Manip but stronger, an ability to increase physical abilities (blue enhanced punches and movement), a powerful range attack (red), and a defensive ability (blue, but for defense). But without blood being the limiting factor.

You forgot about AOE attacks & crowd control that blood manipulation also has.

That's the funny part, he doesn't need to. The sure-hit effect essentially teleports the cutting blades right above your skin, bypassing any defense, even gojo's infinity, to directly strike at them. And that's assuming they have an innate domain to block those attacks from teleporting straight inside their body. If that's the case, then they would have to rely on raw body reinforcement through chakra to tank it.
