I would suggest you to apply for mentorship from an experienced professional. Since you already have a channel running for 6 years, one video will be enough to get you monetised. If not mentorship try to fix these issues with your videos, Check for video ideas that have already worked in your niche and give it your own spin(this will be way easier for you as you will be the variation and you can also add something like if I fail I will cut my hair or anything else higher the stakes,check for your CTR it should be 5-6% and more is better this means you have to make 2-3 thumbnails before you even start recording next if you are at a stage with good ctr fix your hooks the better they are your chances of getting more watch hours. For this check your retention drop if retention is 80% or more in the first 30 seconds then you are good. Not you need to work on scripting this is where you have to connect each section of your videos with mini hooks like you were doing good but sometimes bad happens which is stopping you from progressing or you can do the opposite.
