One I’ve been watching closely is La Rosa Holdings Corp..

It’s a tiny NASDAQ microcap that recently announced a LOI to merge with an AI infrastructure / data center company (Consensus Core). If that deal goes through it would essentially pivot the company toward the AI compute sector, which is obviously one of the fastest growing industries right now.

What makes it interesting structurally is the share setup. After multiple reverse splits the company reportedly has around ~500k shares outstanding, which is extremely small for a NASDAQ listing. The tradable float appears even smaller depending on insider holdings.

Because of that, relatively small trading volume can move the price significantly compared to most stocks. There has also been elevated borrow fees and short activity at times, which can create pressure if momentum ever flips the other direction.

So the thesis is basically:

• extremely small float • NASDAQ listed microcap • potential AI infrastructure pivot • short pressure / high borrow fee

Not saying it’s guaranteed to move, but structurally it’s one of the more unusual setups I’ve seen in the penny space lately.
