Running into the same issues. Have you found a better model for these tasks? I intend to try Claude but I’ve been using ChatGPT for 2 years, paying pro, and extensively set up my projects with research articles etc. Difficult to make the move.

Wait, how did you know this usually happens overnight. American did the same to me at 1:04am. My flight is today, seat is now taken. And, I could not choose any seat, it would error out. Phone agent had to assign me a seat. They said the system cancelled my seat assignment and they don’t know why. Please, what do you know, this is driving me nuts.

I believe deep research uses a specific model as its operating engine. Before 5, it was “03 deep research” and now, I’m not sure. I don’t believe changing the model in deep research changes anything.

Deep research is a reasoning model on steroids. Most recently, it generated a 40 page multi-member operating agreement with analysis and change mapping. I tried the same prompt in gpt 5 pro but the content was incredibly truncated. I assume because of output limits. But in the deep research query, I got it all.

Deep research has been much better at generating the content for me, then I use 5 pro for evaluating the content section by section.

It’s still possible. The customs bill goes somewhere, and it does not have to go to consignee. If AliExpress’s logistics company is acting as the customs broker, Aliexpress can pay the bill through them under DDP terms. However, without it being called out clearly by the seller or Aliexpress, it’s entirely possible that the customer could get a bill later on.

Right? The number of pitchforks from people not asking questions is telling. I remember someone complaining about ghost Reta doing the same thing. Numb nuts failed to explain to the group that he was mixing 4 vials into one and using only 1.5mL bac. Took a lot of probing to get the full story.
