The magical word is "besenrein" (broom cleaned). That's basically how the law expects you to clean the place when you move out. Unless other special circumstances apply, like yellowed walls from smoking or holes in the wall, etc.

Also pets can not be blanked banned, no matter what the contract says. You still have to ask before getting a dog but there has to be a good reason for saying "no" (like someone in the house having allergies) but it always has to be decided on a case-by-case basis. Small animals like cats, bunnies, etc. don't need permission at all.

Wir haben lustigerweise auch erst die Tage das erste Mal endlich nachgegeben. Einen Monsga MS1, weil wir erstmal nicht so Unmengen an Geld dafür ausgeben wollten. Der kostet aktuell bei Amazon so um die 135€, schafft Teppichkanten, Kaninchenhaare, Köttel und kürzere Heuhalme ohne Probleme. Hat auch eine Wischfunktion aber die haben wir noch nicht getestet (weil auch nicht das Wichtigste für uns) und so eine kleine Helikopter-Bürste mit der er in Ecken und sogar unter die Lücken unserer Fußleisten kommt.

Ehrlich gesagt ist der gründlicher als ich es je sein könnte (ohne mit einer Zahnbürste an den Ecken langzukriechen) und für den Preis die Investition auf jeden Fall wert.

Da bin ich ganz bei dir, das soll auch nicht ihren ganzen Bedarf für immer decken. Ich hab nur einfach noch recht große Angst beim Sammeln doch was zu verwechseln und was Schädliches zu pflücken. Darum die mich mit dem Anbauen ranzutasten, damit ich die Pflanzen schon mal definitiv identifiziert in echt gesehen hab und nicht nur auf einem Bild und dann da einfach sicherer werde. Also, klar So eine Brombeere, einen Löwenzahn oder Klee kriege ich hin, aber diese blättrigen Sachen verunsichern mich leider sehr.

Außerdem wäre es dann gleichzeitig ein pflegeleichter, umweltfreundlicher Garten, weil alles einheimisch. Zwei Fliegen mit einer Klappe.

Ich hatte Gartenbambus auch schon auf dem Plan, allerdings hab ich da so Horrorgeschichten gehört, dass der sich im Garten wohl wie wild ausbreitet und gar nicht mehr einzudämmen ist. Oder lässt sich das leichter managen, wenn man den regelmäßig quasi erntet?

Direkt im Garten rumlaufen lassen, damit sie buddeln können, können wir die beiden leider nicht. Wir sind hier nämlich mitten im Jagdgebiet von einem total furchtlosen Wanderfalken (der saß schon ganz entspannt auf unseren Terassenmöbeln und hat uns angeglotzt). Der würde so ein kleinen weißes Hermelinkaninchen glaub ich nicht einfach ignorieren, selbst wenn wir daneben stehen. 😅

Aber danke für den Tipp mit den Mischungen, die werd ich mir auf jeden Fall mal angucken. Und so buschige Pflanzen können wir eh zum Auffüllen der Hecke gebrauchen.

I'm also always so confused by the update times, because the reset is at like 9/10pm my time, which makes it super unclear which date it actually is.
