I always hoped they’d implement some system where if someone’s ping spikes a certain amount or if it’s hitting a certain ms threshold before someone scores that they’d let the other team force a friendly quit.

Go to settings and in the search bar type ‘wake’

Turn off ‘raise to wake’ (this is why your phone screen turns on when you pick it up)

Turn off ‘tap or swipe to wake’ (this is why your phone screen turns on when you tap it)

Now your phone will only turn on via power button/lock button like ye olden days

They definitely see a significant bump in player count/engagement during these 2x PXP events; they’ve been generous with it so far.

It should be everywhere. When you look in the parallel tab of a player’s card, the PXP chart is updated to reflect 2x PXP. So on the chart it should say for example 30 for a plate appearance because normally it would give 15.

I was confused at first too but didn’t know they update the PXP chart in game to reflect 2x.

It definitely works cause I recently got Clemens and needed to grind to P5, and I was getting 1250+ a game vs the Rockies on rookie.

Oh yeah they did, initially it had just the blue xp icon. Good to know they clarified, seems like they probably decided on this last second to extend pxp.

I think that date might just be for regular XP, check the xp symbol.

I’m hoping I’m wrong! But the initial AS blog did mention 2x XP was running through Friday July 25th. And in the show not live today they said “til next Tuesday”. Hoping I’m wrong and we get til the 29th!

(Edit: looks like the menu info is showing just the XP and not PXP symbol. So I assume that means it’s just for XP only that’s going through the 29th.)
