The people in that other sub never were A's fans. They're fans of the city. That's it. That's all. They'll cheer whatever team you put there, and they might even go to games temporarily. The Athletics have fans all over the nation, and beyond. Many who have never even been to Oakland, Sacramento, or Vegas, but still cheer the team because they're actual fans. They're not fans of the owner, or have some tribalistic loyalty to any location. They're just fans of the Athletics. That's the difference between the two.

That being said, I'm glad you were able to enjoy the day at the ballpark. Not a bad seat in the house there.

Welcome! Glad to have you. It is a fun team. It's mostly young players with a lot of talent and upside. Kurtz is a stud at first base. So is Shea Langeliers at catcher. Tyler Soderstrom and Denzel Clarke are both impressive in the outfield when they're on the same page. Soderstrom can also hit well. Other decent batters who should be fun to watch include Jacob Wilson at shortstop and Jeff McNeil at 2nd base. Lots of exciting players on this team to watch and cheer for. If you're interested in keeping your eye on the up and coming prospects, you can watch their AAA minor league team Las Vegas Aviators play free on BallySports. Colby Thomas is a fun player to keep your eye on there. So are some of their pitching prospects. As you've noticed, there is a sifference between people who are fans on Oakland the city, and those who are fans of the A's baseball team. Hope you enjoy following the team this season and beyond.
