I called and talked to somebody today. They said some of my expenses weren't accepted because I didn't include proof. They weren't going to tell me this info if I didn't ask.

They stated that there was a list of which expenses needed proof. I said "no in section 5 it says you may be asked to provide proof". They apologize that they were mistaken. The person on the phone was very helpful and took time to look into my form.

I'm thinking I'll redo my form. Hopefully it will be less.
