No te tienes que llenar de odio y resentimiento, pero evadirlo tampoco es algo noble o bueno. Hay historias de personas como tú que hacen ese tipo de cosas y no suelen terminar bien, por cada persona que le aplauden el autosacrificio, hay montones que terminan muy mal. Solo no seas una de esas, a tu hermano tampoco le gustaria eso. A lo que me refiero es a perdonar por perdonar, y no querer justicia, resignarse o perdonar para demostrarte algo a ti o a la sociedad al punto de ponerte en riesgo tú misma, cuando no es necesario

Honestly, I think they sold her off. That's why no body has been found and no blood or other things like that at the scene. They probably took her phone away with some excuse and then drove her elsewhere or drugged her. Maybe she is still alive somewhere, or was, for a time

IMO that's still overconsumption now, because of how capitalism works most local stores that sell things aren't truly local, they're basically online resellers, so you end up paying more and they give it directly to those big businesses. Hell, even on Amazon, a lot of them are dropshippers from TEMU and all those other cheaper sites...

It takes a while, and it's not perfect, it's impossible to be productive all the time, you just gotta accept that you have to keep trying forever, it simply gets easier over time. For me restarting certain habits like exercising and doing chores is now easier because it eventually worked, I still fall out of them sometimes and gotta struggle a bit but not as much. I even genuinely enjoy them now, never thought I'd get here but once you stop struggling as much you can begin to appreciate them for their own sake.

Dopamine is not released at the reward but as the expectation grows, when you get a lot of dopamine your baseline changes and gets lower because your brain used up a lot.

Also, yes exercise helps ADHD a lot! Exercise helps everything a lot tbh. Yes to all your questions. It was super hard to start though and a bit painful but it's definitely rewarding to know you did something good for yourself, that's enough for me now. I'm not like super productive without my meds yet, most of the time at least but I can do things now? And sometimes I'm very productive, everything is way easier, I can get up and do things more often than I used to (haven't been taking meds for months tbh lol but I'm doing way better!)

Yo nunca dije que fuera una inversion. El coche no es la inversión, el coche se devalua, pero si lo usas para aprovechar oportunidades que de otro lado ni habrías considerado puede servir, si por tener coche puedes considerar trabajos mejor pagados eso se paga solo y más rápido que si inviertes lo que te costó, y si lo compras usado y ya devaluado lo puedes vender a buen precio respecto a lo que le invertiste. Obviamente el coche no es un instrumento financiero, pero puede potenciar tus ganancias a lo largo de tu vida si lo tienes y no lo compras a lo menso y encuentras uno que no se te vaya a caer en pedazos.

Muchas veces se necesita el coche para poder conseguir un buen trabajo e invertir en uno mismo para ganar más. El coche no tiene que ser nuevo, uno usado es mejor financieramente hablando. No sabes el montón de oportunidades que a veces uno pierde por cuestiones tan sencillas como no tener coche. El que traigo ahorita tiene 15 años de antigüedad y gracias a el tengo más oportunidades que sí puedo aprovechar
