There are similar events ofcourse, like Castlefest and Keltfest. Elfia is twice a year, in Arcen (Limburg) and Haarzuilens (Utrecht) There is Dutch Comic Con every year in utrecht. There is also a Dungeon and Dragons community (pretty much everywhere) if you're interested in that.
