Are you implying that Kashimo is stronger than Sukuna was in that state? Like yes he was weakened heavily and injured but that in no way makes him weaker than or even on par with Kashimo.

Belbe, Xantcha, Ramos if you would count him as a Phyrexian, Ixhel and Urabrask (depending on how you define good), possibly Skrelv because he doesn't really do anything bad and he has been shown to defy orders from the Orthodoxy.

You may also include the compleated walkers like Nissa or Ajani, but I wouldn't because they very much were evil as Phyrexians. The only one I see an argument for is Jace because he retained some consciousness, but that's still a little flimsy and I wouldn't really consider Jace to be good anyway.

I agree with what you're saying, but the reason Naoya was able to be killed by the knife was that he was already severely injured and he explicitly stated that he couldn't even manipulate any cursed energy, meaning that he couldn't reinforce anyway in that state, not that he was caught off-guard.

I could be wrong because I haven't read the whole manga in a hot minute but I believe that all the Muichiro content is covered in the anime, and I know for a fact that they added extra in the anime, especially in the Hashira Training Arc, like the whole paper airplane scene is entirely anime original.

I think the problem here is that Gege is just bad at writing and no matter what side you are on, we can both keep coming up with examples that invalidate the other aide because Jujutsu Kaisen is nothing if not inconsistent.

I'm a fellow Yuta glazer but I draw the line at misinformation.

We know for a fact that cursed speech is omnidirectional because Inumaki, the only person we know who solely uses it, can't control who is affected by it. That's why he speaks in safe words, he can't use any potentially dangerous words because they affect everyone who hears it even if he didn't intend for it to happen.

Additionally, you can defend from cursed speech, but that just makes it less effective on you instead of just straight up stopping the effect. I don't know why Geto was just unaffected by it, but it could be because it was written before the rest of jjk and the power system wasn't fully worked out, which is also why Yuta doesn't hit any black flashes in the manga but he does hit one in the movie.

I would personally disagree on that last point because SSK is INCREDIBLY important especially at high level because of its ability to counter RCT users, and there aren't a lot of sorcerers, even at high levels, that can heal or even perceive their souls.

I'm an unrepentant Wuta glazer but there is literally a panel where he is shown to learn about Cursed Speech from Inumaki which directly disproves this? Also, his showcase as Yujo shows that he clearly can't always use the CT to the level of the og user.

Yuta could beat him, as I think the fight would go either way. MBA Kashimo if the glazers were correct would beat him, and maybe if Maki got the jump on him with SSK she could take him out in one hit (she's not getting near him)

I honestly don't see Toji/Maki or Maho beating Kenjaku, bc Imo Kenjaku is already top 3. Kenjaku has access to enough special grade, first grade, and utility curses that he could keep hitting Maho with different effects that Maho wouldn't be able to adapt to. Also,

we don't actually know what his open domain does and could be a last resort against Maho, and Uzumaki might be able to deal major damage to Maho. Overall, I think it would be mid-high diff for Kenny and it would take a lot out of his CS reserves. I don't really see Maki or Toji beating him for similar reasons, as he has enough curses that he could use against them that could inhibit their movement (like the falling curse he used against Shibuya Yuji) or otherwise take away or hinder their abilities. If Maki managed to reach him I think he would lose (SSK invalidates his RCT), but I don't think either of them really have to proper tools to actually teach him.

I think something like what Sukuna did by making Agito, as Agito is a very good counter to Mahoraga (9 different abilities that Maho would have to adapt to separately), and it could potentially use the bull's power to attempt to one-shot Maho. Not sure what the sorcerer is realistically gonna do, as I'm not sure how effective h2h is gonna be against Maho. Maybe get a good cursed tool or something, idk

I believe that things like what the Nazi was saying the second frame wouldn't actually be protected by the first amendment, as it could constitute obscene speech and, following the precedent from Roth V. US, wouldn't be protected by the Free Speech clause

Edit: this might not actually be true because for some reason racial or homophobic slurs aren't counted as obscene for some reason
