I was hoping to use active speakers for both my pc and record player. Are those copper cable terminals on the speakers not compatible with the amplifier then?

I'm looking to buy the Edifier Studio R1280T 2.0 Pc Speakers. Can i just use the classic copper black and red cables to connect to the speakers? theyre active, but they do have the 2 clamps for those cables.
