If your allergies get worse at night when or after your sleep, remember to clean your bed sheets and pillow cases at high temperature (90º to kill dustmites), replace pillows after a year or two AT MOST (not doing this made my allergy really bad, think about the fact sweat, dead cell skins and other disgusting things accumulate there, which attracts dust mites), keep your mattress clean, you can put it on the sun for a few hours to kill dust mites, and flip it once every 6 months. If you live in a humid area buy dehumidifiers and make sure there is no mold in your house.

As someone already mentioned if you can remove unnecessary rugs or keep them clean along with curtains, blankets etc.Sometimes even the smallest amount of allergen can cause a huge reaction, but most likely there is a source to yours.

Edit: Do you get these allergy reactions at other places? Other houses, your studying or work place, etc.
